2016年第8屆俄羅斯莫斯科國立柴可夫斯基音樂學院國際打擊樂&木管
俄羅斯莫斯科國立柴可夫斯基音樂學院創建於1866年，原名為莫斯科音樂學院，是俄羅斯舉世聞名的音樂教育重鎮，是由傑出鋼琴家、指揮家兼音樂推廣者尼可萊·魯賓斯坦（Nikolay Rubinstein）於1866 年9 月1日創立。創建初期柴可夫斯基在此任教。俄羅斯莫斯科柴可夫斯基音樂學院是俄羅斯一流（綜合實力世界第一）的音樂學府，在這裏學習和工作過很多傑出的音樂家，如：塔涅耶夫、拉赫瑪尼諾夫、斯克裏亞賓、斯維什尼科夫、吉列爾斯、奧斯特拉赫、裏赫特、羅斯特羅頗維奇等。
俄羅斯莫斯科國立柴可夫斯基音樂學院國際音樂比賽旨在提高管樂器和打擊樂器音樂地位，吸引更多的觀眾觀看打擊樂及管樂器的演奏，鼓勵年輕人投入到管樂器及打擊樂器的演奏中。另外，該比賽可以使那些投身於打擊樂及管樂器演奏的音樂家獲得更多關注，與此同時也為藝術文化交流創造條件，促進藝術發展，提高參賽者的專業技巧。
俄羅斯莫斯科音樂學院國際音樂比賽每年舉辦一屆，一共十個專案的比賽，每一屆比賽都設有兩個專案（9種管樂器和一種打擊樂器）的比賽，十個比賽專案交替進行。在最近5年（2016年至2020年）比賽中，比賽專案分別為：2016年–單簧管和小號；2017年–長笛和大號；2018–打擊樂和木管五重奏；2019年–巴松和次中音長號;2020年——雙簧管和法國圓號。
俄羅斯莫斯科國立柴可夫斯基音樂學院隆重宣佈：第8屆俄羅斯莫斯科國立柴可夫斯基音樂學院國際音樂比賽的專案為單簧管和小號，比賽將於2016年11月1日至8日舉行。

三等獎——75，000 俄羅斯盧布，以及大賽獲獎頭銜
小號組Samvel Avetisyan特別獎提名：獲得埃裏溫音樂學院舉行獨奏音樂會的機會，音樂會將得到專業錄製，DVD視頻也將授予該獎得主。
備註：獎金的支付會扣除所需上繳的所得稅（按照俄羅斯境內稅率）
