2016年第8屆羅馬尼亞“聲樂藝術家”國際比賽

羅馬尼亞“聲樂藝術家”國際比賽是由希歐多爾·克裏西博士在2009年創辦的，迄今為止已成功舉辦了7屆。希歐多爾·克裏西是享譽國際的知名聲樂家，曾在很多的歌唱比賽中獲獎。他深知獲得豐富的比賽經驗對青年歌手的重要性。
歷屆的比賽中，都邀請世界知名的音樂家擔任評委。不同年齡段的選手在參加比賽的過程中都會獲得經驗。無論是以在歌劇院或者音樂廳的形式演唱，還是以學生的身份演唱，組委會都為選手爭取特別獎。
歡迎來自世界各地的青年歌手來到羅馬尼亞參加本屆比賽！往屆比賽尚無中國選手獲獎，我們共同期待你能成為第一位在羅馬尼亞“聲樂藝術家”國際比賽中獲獎的中國選手！

比賽類別：聲樂

比賽地點：羅馬尼亞，錫比烏

比賽時間：2016年9月12日-2015年9月16日舉行（共計5天）

報名截止時間：2016年9月7日

參賽要求：比賽面向全世界任何國籍的聲樂家開放，年齡要求如下：
男性：出生於1971年1月1日以後；女性：出生於1973年1月1日以後。
備註：特殊情況下，可向組委會做特殊申請。

參賽曲目：
All candidates must provide a repertory consisting of five operatic arias in at least two different languages.
These arias must include: one compulsory opera aria and four opera arias of the singer’s own choice (these may be taken from the list of compulsory arias as well).
For the Operetta Special Prize (optional), the candidates must provide one operetta aria of the own choice.
l Round I (eliminatory), with piano accompaniment: September 12th (starting at 3:00 P.M.),
and September 13th (starting at 11:00 A.M), one aria of the contestant’s choice will be performed. Should the jury find the aria inconclusive, they have the right to request the performance of a second aria (the entire piece or only part of it), selected from the candidate’s contest repertory. For this purpose, candidates must provide all musical scores at this stage of the contest.
l Round II (eliminatory), with piano accompaniment: September 14th, starting at 11:00 A.
M. Two arias selected from the contestant’s repertory will be performed, one of the contestant’s choice and another chosen by the jury.
l Round III, the final, with piano accompaniment: September 15th, starting at 12:00 A. M.
Two arias chosen by the jury will be performed;

備註：
ü 陪審員由國際知名音樂家成員組成；
ü 陪審員的評審意見是最終的，不容置疑；
ü 組委會將任命一位或多位替補評委，在某位或多位評委未能參加某輪比賽的評選時，替補評委將代替缺席評委完成評審；

評審標準：
第一輪：公開投票，獲得評委過半票數的選手將晉級第二輪；
第二輪：匿名投票，獲得評委過半票數的選手將晉級第三輪；
第三輪（決賽）：匿名打分，分數從1-10分不等，根據最後的得分頒獎；
歌劇特殊獎：匿名打分，分數從1-10分不等。

獎項設置：
一等獎  – 2000歐元
二等獎  – 1500歐元
三等獎  – 1000歐元
另有歌劇特殊獎項。
備註：
ü 決賽選手均會收到參與證書；
ü 卓越獎和特殊獎有陪審員決定；
ü 若選手有任何有意影響評審員裁決的行為，將被取消參賽資格；
ü 根據選手的實際演出水準，陪審員有權不予頒發部分或者全部獎項，或者平分獎項。
