2020年第7届俄罗斯儿童和青年世界合唱锦标赛

2020年第7届俄罗斯儿童和青年世界合唱锦标赛将于2020年2月19日-2月23日在俄罗斯圣彼得堡举行，欢迎来自世界各地的儿童和青年合唱团参加。
本次比赛的目的是发现并且鼓励有天赋的儿童和青年，通过合唱让他们把世界歌唱文化发扬光大。比赛为全世界的儿童和青年合唱团创造了相互了解和学习的机会，也能帮助合唱团提高他们的专业技能。在比赛中，合唱团之间，合唱团与艺术家之间会建立新的联系。
比赛的宗旨是发现儿童和青少年合唱团中的新星，为参加比赛的选手营造创新型的氛围，建立并且促进不同国家的合唱团之间的友谊，促进文化交流；使合唱艺术大众化，给予合唱团鼓励；提升合唱团领队的专业水平（举办大师班，圆桌会议，与评委召开座谈会）；促进不同文化之间的理解，提高自我表达能力；组织各个国家的文艺汇演，互相交流经验和曲目。
2020年第7届俄罗斯儿童和青年世界合唱锦标赛，期待您的参与！

参赛要求：比赛面向至少14人的青少年合唱团开放，年龄在7周岁到25周岁之间，不限国籍

曲目要求：
1/8-final – 3 (three) or 4 (four) works by the choir’s own choice, the total time of performance shall be maximum 12 minutes including pauses between compositions. Minimum one work must be a cappella. The choirs who obtain pass mark go to 1/4 finals. The pass mark will be announced before 1/8 finals. Choirs, failing to pass, take part in the Bronze Round. The conductors, held in Bronze Round meet with members of the jury for advices.
1/4-final – 1 (one) or 2 (two) works by the choir’s own choice, the total time shall be maximum 7 minutes including pauses between compositions. If the choir sing two pieces one work must be a cappella.
Programs of the choir’s performances in the 1/8 of final and 1/4 of final shall not be repeated!
Failure to meet the time limit shall be taken into account by the jury at summarizing the competition results.
Works from 1/8 or 1/4 can be taken into the program of the semi-final and final!
Semifinal – 1 (one) work by the choir’s own choice, maximum 3 minutes. If the performance is exceeded by more than 30 seconds, the chorus loses 30 points;
FINAL — 1 (one) work by the choir’s own choice, maximum 3 minutes but not the same that in semifinal.
No phonograms shall be used!
«Bronze round» — the choirs that participated in the 1/8 of final and didn’t get the pass mark participate in «bronze» round» and may receive Bronze Diploma (3rd place) (the programme is the same that was announced before for 1/4 of final). The quantity of supplementary bronze awards is determined by international jury. The best choir in «Bronze round» receives a special prize.

评委组成：评审团由国际著名音乐评审专家组成。
备注：
参赛选手信息不会提供给评委，评委会秉着公正公开的原则对参赛作品给予评判；
评委有权打断逾时演出；
评委的学生不得报名参赛；
选手的评审权仅归评委所有；
评委保留不颁发某些奖励的权利，以及颁发共享奖励和特别奖励权利；
评委的评审结果是最终的，不容置疑。

奖项设置：
大奖：颁发证书和资金奖励
儿童组：30000卢布（折合为等值欧元）
青少年组：30000卢布（折合为等值欧元）
青年组：30000卢布（折合为等值欧元）
金奖（一等奖）: 20000 卢布（折合为等值欧元），奖给进入决赛，但未获得大奖的合唱团，并颁发证书
银奖（二等奖）：奖给所有晋级半决赛，但是未晋级决赛的合唱团
铜奖（三等奖）：奖给所有晋级1/4决赛，但是未晋级半决赛的合唱团
参与奖：颁发证书，奖给所有参加1/8决赛，但未晋级下一轮，参与了铜奖环节，但未获奖的合唱团。
特殊奖：
1. 评委可颁发以下特殊奖：
——合唱团最佳指挥奖
——最佳首席小提琴手奖（伴奏）
——最佳独奏奖
2. 观众奖
