2018年第4屆日本高松市國際鋼琴比賽

追溯到2006年，日本高松市國際鋼琴比賽作為一個大型的國際藝術事件，彙集了來自世界各國頂級音樂家進行藝術文化交流。不僅鼓勵年輕音樂家追求自己的夢想和實現自我發展，該國際事件更用於在日本香川縣培養一個新型的音樂文化氛圍。
比賽地點涉在美麗的高松市Sunport，在這裏能夠眺望到世界著名的瀨戶內海。
2018年第4屆日本高松市國際鋼琴比賽為比賽獲勝者提供在歐洲、美國、日本參加個人獨奏會以及與管弦樂團合奏演出的機會，以培養選手成為受到國際認可的音樂演奏者！
2018年第4屆日本高松市國際鋼琴比賽將於2018年3月12日至2018年3月25日在日本香川縣高松市舉行，我們期待您的參與！

參賽要求：比賽面向生於1983年1月1日至2003年1月1日間的鋼琴選手開放，不限國籍

參賽曲目：
The competition consists of Preliminary Rounds (Round 1-3) and a Final. Judging will be based on the contestants’ performances of their selection from the set pieces.
l  Round 1
Contestants play the following pieces in the order of (A), (B), and (C). The performance time shall be between 20 minutes and 25 minutes in total. The repetition shall be at one’s discretion.
(A) J. S. BACH: one piece from “The Well-Tempered Clavier”,vol. I or vol. II
(B) F. CHOPIN: one piece from either Etude Op. 10 or Op. 25
*Contestants may play the same piece that they performed during the Initial Selections.
(C) One piece composed after 1900
*Contestants may NOT play the same piece that they performed during the Initial Selections.
l  Round 2
Contestants will be required to play the following pieces in the order of (A) and (B). The performance time shall be no more than 45 minutes in total.
(A) HAYDN, MOZART, or BEETHOVEN: all the movements of a sonata
(B) Piece(s) of your choice by SCHUMANN, BRAHMS, SCHUBERT, MENDELSSOHN, CHOPIN, or LISZT
*You may choose pieces by multiple composers.
*In the case of a sonata, you must play all of its movements.
l  Round 3
Contestants play the following pieces in the order of (A), (B), and (C).

W. A. MOZART: one variation of your choice from the list below. The repetition shall be at one’s discretion.

Contestants will select one of the piano quartets listed below and play with the string players specified by the Office. Use the scores of Henle edition for SCHUMANN and BRAHMS and the score of International Music edition for FAURE. The repetition will be played.

Finalists’ Concert
Finalists will be required to perform in the Finalists’ Concert at the Award Ceremony venue. However, there will be no performance fee paid.
*   The musical score of the commissioned piece will be sent to contestants with the initial selection results.
*   Contestants may not perform this piece publicly before this competition.
*   Contestants may not be involved in performances outside this competition during the period of the competition. This rule does not apply to any contestants who have been eliminated from the competition at an earlier stage.

評審規則：
1.比賽由資格賽、預選賽（1-3輪）、決賽共五輪比賽組成；
2.資格賽的目的是選拔晉級預選賽的40位選手；將由資格賽評審團根據現行條例進行評審；
3.資格賽的評審僅根據選手提交的音頻或者視頻資料進行選拔；
4.選手的得分介於1-100分之間；
5.選手的排名根據所有加權平均數的最後得分進行排序；
6.資格賽將決定晉級預選賽第一輪的選手，如果在合格線，有多位選手獲得了同樣的分數，將由陪審團裁決；
7.組委會將在組委會主席當面對選手分數進行快速精准的計算，並將最終得分遞交至資格賽陪審員；
8.資格賽陪審團可以選拔比賽的亞軍獲得者。

比賽說明：
l  預賽（第一輪、第二輪、第三輪）
1)   預賽的目的是決定選手是否有資格晉級下一輪比賽；
2)   預賽將由預賽陪審團根據現行條例進行選拔；
3)   陪審團主席將會召開陪審團會議確定具體的評審方法；
4)   晉級各輪比賽的人數分別為：20位晉級第一輪，10名晉級第二輪，5名晉級第三輪；
5)   每位對選手評分以0.5分為單位遞增，最多不超過25分；因此比賽的最低評分為14分，得分為20分或更多可晉級下一輪；然而，如果陪審團與選手隸屬親屬或者師生關係，陪審團不得參評選手的比賽評審；
6)   為對選手進行公正的比賽排名，陪審團會去除各輪比賽的最高分和最低分，剩餘得分的加權平均數將作為選手的比賽得分；如果最低或者最高分出現兩次及以上，僅去除一次；
7)   陪審團將根據選手的比賽得分從高至低進行排序；如果有多位選手獲得了合格線的分手，將由陪審團裁決；
8)   組委會將在組委會主席當面對選手分數進行快速精准的計算，並將最終得分遞交至資格賽陪審員；
l  決賽
1）決賽將由比賽輪的陪審團根據現行條例進行評審；
2）陪審團將投票決定獲得一等獎至五等獎的選手，並由多票數決定；
3）然而，如果陪審團與選手隸屬親屬或者師生關係，不能參與該選手的投票；
4）如果陪審員在比賽期間的任何一個環節缺席，該環節的評分視為無效；
5）比賽期間，陪審團不得與選手有任何聯繫，該條規則不使用與以淘汰出局的選手；
6）在過去兩年內與陪審團有私課指導或者親戚關係的選手，必須在第一次與陪審團見面時告知組委會；且該陪審員不得參評其學生的比賽；
7）決賽的比賽結果將被公開公佈。

獎項設置：
1.主要獎項：
一等獎：3000000日元；
二等獎：1000000日元；
三等獎： 500000日元；
四等獎： 300000日元；
五等獎： 200000日元。
2.特殊獎項：
指定曲目的最佳演繹獎；
“Kagawa Governor” 獎項；
“Takamatsu Mayor”獎項；
Matsudaira Koekikai協會獎項；
高松會議和旅遊局基金會主席獎項；
3.一等獎的附加獎勵：
A.有機會與日本和國內外著名管弦樂團的同台演出；
B.有機會在日本和國內外演奏廳內進行個人獨奏會演出；
組委會為一等獎選手承擔所有的獎勵、交通旅行、以及食宿費用，及演出費100000日元；
4. 音樂會安排
1) 合奏音樂會（僅一等獎獲得者）：
A. 2018年9月9日  本屆比賽一等獎優勝者音樂會；
B. 2018年10月     羅馬尼亞克拉約瓦—Filarmonica Oltenia；
C. 2019年          義大利米蘭—與管弦樂團演出的鋼琴天才音樂會；
D. 具體時間待定    日本群馬縣高崎市—與群馬交響樂團合奏
日本石川縣高澤市—與金澤市管弦樂團合奏
2) 2018年獨奏音樂會（具體時間待定）：
A. 日本東京暫停沙龍音樂會；
B. 日本東京卓爾沙龍音樂會；
C. 日本東京雅馬哈銀座沙龍音樂會；
D. 義大利米蘭鋼琴天才藝術節；
E. 波蘭第73屆杜什尼基國際肖邦藝術節；
F. 義大利米蘭羅馬鋼琴藝術節；
G. 日本東京B枚sendorfer沙龍音樂節；
H. 日本東京FAZIOLI沙龍音樂會。
