2018年英國蘭戈倫國際音樂節-合唱比賽

2018年英國蘭戈倫國際音樂節–合唱比賽將於2018年7月4日拉開帷幕，該合唱比賽將在英國蘭戈倫國際音樂節期間舉行。蘭戈國際音樂節不只是一個知名的合唱音樂節。它是一個集結來自世界各地不同地方的音樂，舞蹈及文化的慶祝節。組委會鼓勵參賽選手和參賽團參加多個比賽。此次合唱比賽分為十個不同組別：混合合唱團、青年合唱團、女合唱團、男合唱團、自由合唱團、初級兒童合唱團、高級兒童合唱團、兒童民歌合唱團、成人民歌合唱團、國際阿卡貝拉組。每個組別將會有前三名選手勝出，勝出的選手將會參加世界合唱團帕瓦羅蒂獎，和世界青少年合唱團特別獎的角逐。

參賽要求：比賽面向所有業餘合唱團開放，不限國籍
比賽分為10個組別：
A1.混合合唱團：歌手年齡為18歲及以上，至少16人；
A2.青年合唱團：歌手年齡為16歲到25周歲（以2018年7月3日為界），至少16人（包括男合唱團，
女合唱團或混合青年合唱團）；
A3.女合唱團：歌手年齡為18歲及以上，至少16人；
A4.男合唱團：歌手年齡為18歲及以上，至少16人；
A5.自由合唱團：無年齡限制，至少16人，最好包括兒童和成人合唱團，和那些專注於特定的文化傳統和風格的合唱團（即男生四重唱，流行音樂，表演，歡樂、爵士、福音音樂等）；
A6.初級兒童合唱團：歌手年齡為12歲及以下（以2018年7月3日為界），最多80人；
A7.高級兒童合唱團：歌手年齡為12歲到18周歲（以2018年7月3日為界），最多80人；
A8.兒童民歌合唱團：歌手年齡為18歲及以下（以2018年7月3日為界），最多80人；
A9.成人民歌合唱團：混合和同聲合唱團，最多50人；
A10.國際阿卡貝拉組：最多12人的團隊。
備註：除了合唱團指揮和伴奏以外，其他所有參賽選手必須為業餘選手。

Preselection
A recent recording (within 6 months).This should be no more than 5 minutes duration and recorded within the last six months. The recorded music need not include your competition pieces but must reflect the genre of each application.
First Round
A1. Mixed Choirs (Saturday 7 July)
A mixed choir of no fewer than 16 voices, the majority of singers must be aged 18 and over. Each choir should prepare a contrasting programme of up to 12 minutes of music which must include at least one unaccompanied work and original work composed by a composer from the choir’s native country.
A2. Youth Choirs (Friday 6 July)
This category is open to male, female or mixed youth choirs with a minimum of 16 voices. All singers must be aged 16 to 25 on the day of the competition. Each choir should prepare a contrasting programme of up to 12 minutes of music which must include at least one unaccompanied work and original work composed by a composer from the choir’s native country.
A3. Female Choirs (Saturday 7 July)
Female voice only choirs of no fewer than 16 voices; the majority of singers must be aged 18 and over. Each choir should prepare a contrasting programme of up to 12 minutes of music which must include at least one unaccompanied work and one original work by a composer from the choir’s native country.
A4. Male Voice Choirs (Saturday 7 July)
Male voice only choirs of no fewer than 16 voices; the majority of singers must be aged 18 and over. Each choir should prepare a contrasting programme of up to 12 minutes of music which must include at least one unaccompanied work and original work composed by a composer from the choir’s native country.
A5. Open Choirs Category (Saturday 7 July)
A choir of no fewer than 16 voices, with no upper or lower age limits in this category. It’s ideal for singing groups which include children and adults and also those choirs that specialise in a particular cultural tradition or style of repertoire (i.e. barbershop, pop, show, glee, jazz, gospel, etc.) Each choir should prepare a contrasting programme within their specific genre of up to 12 minutes of music which must include at least one unaccompanied work.
A6. Junior Children’s Choir (Wednesday 4 July)
A choir of no more than 80 voices, 12 years of age and under on the day of the competition. Choir must prepare a contrasting programme of up to 7 minutes of music which must include the test piece: ”The Lord bless you and keep you” John Rutter (SA Version).
A7. Senior Children’s Choir (Thursday 5 July)
A choir of no more than 80 voices, 12 – 18 years of age inclusive on the day of the competition. Choir must prepare a contrasting programme of up to 7 minutes of music which must include an original work by a living composer.
A8. Children’s Folk Song Choir (Wednesday 4 July)
A choir of no more than 80 voices, 18 years of age and under on the day of the competition.
Two choral arrangements of well-contrasted traditional folk songs of the singers’ own country, performed in a classical manner. The total duration of the songs chosen must not exceed 6 minutes.
A9. Adult Folk Song Choir (Friday 7 July)
A choir of up to 50 voices, mixed or equal voice. Two choral arrangements of well-contrasted traditional folk songs of the singers’ own country, performed in a classical manner. The total duration of the songs chosen must not exceed 6 minutes.
A10. International Acapella Group (Thursday 6 July)
This competition is open to groups of up to 12 members. Any music style is acceptable, but repertoire and choreography must be appropriate for a family show. No instruments of any kind are allowed. The total duration of the performance must not exceed 10 minutes. Microphones will be provided. Groups may not bring or provide their own sound, microphones, headsets, processors, or sound technicians.
Final
The winners of competition A1 to A5 will compete against each other on the final night of competitions.In the Final each choir should prepare a contrasting programme of up to 12 minutes of music including at least one unaccompanied work. The competitors are advised to vary their programme from the previous round.

1.世界合唱團帕瓦羅蒂獎和簡戴維斯獎（最佳指揮獎）將在A1-A5組別的獲勝者的第二輪比賽中選出；
2.世界青少年合唱團特別獎和世界青少年合唱團最佳指揮獎將在A6-A8的組別中最高分獲得者中直接選出。
