烏克蘭人民藝術家，敖德薩歌劇和芭蕾國家學術劇院的獨唱家和藝術領袖，敖德薩國家音樂學院獨唱部教授。多次在世界各地舉辦巡迴音樂會，包括保加利亞、瑞士、西班牙、法國、斯洛文尼亞、芬蘭、英國等。

Navrotskyy Vasyl People’s Artist of Ukraine, soloist and artistic leader of the Odessa national academic theater of opera and ballet, professor managing by the department of the solo singing of the Odessa state musical academy to them. A.V.Negdanova.
In 1972 finished with a difference the Odessa conservatory on the class of professor, honoured artist of Ukraine of E.N.Ivanov. Being a student, became the laureate of Republican competition of vocalists in Kiev (1968) and laureate of All-union competition of vocalists them. M.I.Glinka in Vilnius(1971).
In 1972 is invited in the Kuybishev(now–Samara) state theater of opera and ballet,where carried out about thirty parties in operas and operettas. Among them – Mefistofel (Sh.Guno, «Faust»), Don of Guan and Leporello (V.A.Motsart, «Don Giovanni»),don Bazilio and don Bartolo (Dg.Rossini, «Il Barbiere di Seviglia»), Sobakin (N.Rimskiy-Korsakov «Tsar’s fiancee»),knyaz Galitskiy and the prince Igor (A.Borodin, «Prince Igor») of,Ramfis and tsar of Egypt(Dg.Verdi «Aida»), Ayzenshtayn and Falk (I.Shtraus, «Bat»), Porgi(Dg.Gershuin, «Porgi and Bess»), and dr. Twice becomes the laureate of All-union konkurs-competition of creative young people in theatrical seasons 1973-74 and 1976-77 Laureate Kuybishev of regional bonus of the Leninist komsomol in 1977. Prepared and carried out the numerous chamber concert programs from the S.Rahmaninov,A.Borodin,M.Musorgskij works F/Schubert,К.Molcanov, D/Shostakovits, D.Kabalevskii and dr. Repeatedly gave concerts and sang theatricals in Bulgaria – in the theaters of Sofia, Zagora, Varna and Burgasa is Old.
In 1985 is awarded of rank of the honoured artist of Ukraine.To 1991 is invited on work in the Odessa state conservatory by him. A.V. Negdanova, where adopted a class and department is premature the gone professor E.N.Ivanov, and also – in the Odessa academic theater of opera and ballet.
In times of work in a conservatory proved as an outstanding vocal teacher, possessing the large range of interests, wide erudition and work experience, that allowed him successfully to continue traditions of prominent teachers of department of N O.. Blagovidova, E. N. Ivanov, And. Polivanova, N. L. Ogrenich and dr.
Repeatedly toured artistic – in Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, France, Slovenia, Finland, England and dr. From 1997 to 2000 successfully worked in the Shtuttgarts theater of opera and ballet (Germany). Participant of international opera festivals in Lyublyana (Slovenia).
In April, 2011 is appointed by a artistic leader of the Odessa national academic theater of opera and ballet.
